Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Please include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
- We’ll replace the item at no cost to you, or issue a refund.
Lost Orders
If your package doesn’t arrive:
- Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We’ll investigate and send a replacement if the order is confirmed lost.
Exchanges & Wrong Sizes
Because each product is printed on demand, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind.
Please check the size charts on each product page before ordering.
Tip: If you’d like the same design in a different size or color, simply place a new order.
Return-to-Sender Packages
Orders returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed will be held for 30 days. You may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
